We want you and your furry friend to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at gianfistore@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the shipping address for our warehouse.
Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: In accordance with our standard policy, customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo. In these cases, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exclusions
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to improper use or pet "accidents" (chewing, tearing, etc.).
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
